

Ray was born April 13, 1930 in Hoboken, New Jersey, the son of Charles and Beatrice McKinley Morlock.
He grew up in Rochelle Park and graduated from Hackensack High School. Upon graduation Ray enlisted in the United States Army, where he reached the rank of Sergeant First Class, and was honorably discharged. He worked in construction and was a self-employed contractor for many years. He enjoyed reading, traveling, building and fixing any and everything, and he loved dogs and watching birds.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Ruth Evelyn Morlock.
Ray leaves his two daughters, Linda (Michael) Byrne of Palm Coast, and Terri (Keith) Thompson of Ormond Beach; three grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM -11:00 AM at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road South, Flagler Beach FL, 32136. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 11:00 AM with Military Honors. The service will be live streamed.
