Mr. Russell, a resident of Palm Coast since 2005, coming from Rochester, NY, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Advent Health Daytona. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 1, 1948, the only child of Warren and Rosa Russell. Mr. Russell retired from the Monroe County Department of Social Services in Rochester after a career spanning 35 years, followed by 5 years in the banking business in Palm Coast. He enjoyed golfing, a good cigar and a Manhattan. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda, a son, Michael and his wife Heidi of Salt Lake City, Utah, and two grandchildren, Findley and Beckett.
