Born on December 16, 1949, in New York, Tom was the beloved son of Carl and Mary (Vowinkel) Fiorentino. He was a proud graduate of Roslyn High School and cherished his time spent in Montauk, NY, his happy place.
Tom was an avid fisherman who loved to be out on the water, behind the helm, taking people fishing. Yet above all, Tom’s greatest joy came from the time he spent with his family—his loving wife, devoted daughters, and especially his cherished grandchildren.
Tom will be remembered as fiercely loyal and incredibly generous man who always put his family first, and an epic storyteller who never let the truth get in the way of a good story. His legacy is one of resilience, hard work, and devotion. Big Tom will continue to live on through his ‘larger than life’ personality, stories, and endless dedication to his family.
He is survived by his wife, Leah (Holland) Fiorentino; two daughters, Logan (Ray) Serzanin of Fort Worth, Texas, and Kendel Fiorentino of Flagler Beach; and two grandchildren, Thomas and Tripp Serzanin. Tom, the oldest of 6 siblings, is also survived by his brother and his 4 sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Mass celebrating Tom’s life will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast, with Rev. Sergio Santos officiating.
To honor Tom’s legacy, please take a child fishing.
