Bridget Ortez

Bridget is survived by her husband, Jose Manuel Ortez; her daughter Tiffany Marie O. Kennerson (Xavier Quinn) of Houston, Texas; her brothers Dwayne Torres of Flatonia, Texas, Nolan Christopher Torres of Houston, Texas, Mark A. Torres of Houston, Texas and Steven R. Paz of Houston, Texas; her sister Sylvia R. Harper of Houston, Texas, and her grandson Xavier Quinn Kennerson Jr.

Bridget is preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Torres Paz and grandparents Amelia Melchor and Alvino Melchor.

A visitation for Bridget will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Smith Funeral Home, 128 East 5th Street, Flatonia, TX 78941 with a celebration of life beginning at 2:00 PM. Burial will occur at Oak Hill Cemetery, Flatonia, TX.
