David was my uncle and he was always there when I needed him. I remember sitting in their only house in magnolia listening to country music, laughing and talking. I miss him very much. I wish I could have spent more time with him.

Loved our time together in South Padre with you and Shirley and I even got to drive your truck. All the time mom and I spent at your place. You loved giving me a hard time and I would give it right back! You will be truly missed my dear friend. I’m so sorry I couldn’t be there with you and Shirley. I love you and will miss you!

So sad to hear of David’s passing. What a wonderful friend he was (couldn’t have made it out of Algebra II without him)😉. Spent many hours dancing and water skiing with so many of us.
Prayers for you Shirley and family. 💔💔
