Dale & family,

We are so sorry to hear of your loss.
You are in our thoghts and prayers.

A light has gone out of our lives.
A light that shone brightly in the face of concern and adversity, reflecting on those she loved in a way that made us feel good just being in her presence.  Her light reveled in laughter, never more freely than with Dale, the love of her life...the silliness and goofy way of making the seriousness of life seem somehow not so insurmountable.
Her light shown on all of us without any regard for her own needs, even as she fought the most challenging battle of her life, perhaps more alone than any of us could know, and more concerned for our sadness than her own pain.
She would have been an amazing grandmother, as she was a loving mother, always ready to do anything for her sons and daughters in law.   She had her own language when communicating with babies, cats and birds.
Her light shown in her love of her garden and faithful feeding of the birds, especially in the winter.  She loved walks along the nature preserve and the river.  She lit up when she talked about Flushing's accomplishments.  It was her little town.  All will miss her cheerful greeting when calling city hall.
Truly a light has gone out of our lives, but I think I can hear the angels laughing and I know we will share her light again.

To Fred,Andy, and Fred Sr. the Macksood family sends our deepest sympathies for your loss. Your all great people so I know its not an easy time but be strong and love one another these Holidays and New Year, hugs to all of you and hope to catch up with you soon............Mark and family and all the Macksoods

To all of you who have signed this guest book, sent flowers, made donations, or joined us in Michigan, as Jodi's "baby" sister, Ellen (Renie), I want to thank you for the outpouring of your thoughts, prayers and expressions of sorrow.  They've provided comfort and meant a lot to us in this time of our loss. 
Jodi was a lovely light in this world and she is and will continue to be greatly missed.  I try to dwell on all the joy, love and laughter she brought to us and keep in mind that we all will see her again, someday.  I comfort myself knowing that she is once again reunited with Mom and they both dwell in the loving arms of Our Lord.  
Your continued thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.

Fritz, Patty, Ellen and Jodi's family, it's with deep sorrow that I heard of Jodi's passing. My memories of her are ones of laughter and love as I think of the times in her home when we were children. I have loved viewing all of the pictures. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Dale, my deepest sympathy's are with you and the family.  Jodi was always so energetic and fun to talk with.  I know how perfect you two were together and how much you'll miss her. I pray that God will give you comfort and peace during this difficult time.

Fritz, Patty, Ellen and Jodi's family. It was with great sorrow that I read of Jodi's passing. Wish we could be there but we are out of State. We all had such a great childhood. You guys were the best neighbors ever. You are in our thoughts and prayers. What an unbelievable loss.

Jodi, I am going to miss your smiling face, and sense of humor everytime I go to work at the city. I will always remember what you said to me a couple of monthes ago when my dad passed away. You told me that God only takes the good people, and to stay strong for me and my family and we could get through this difficult time. I will never forget that, and I'll miss you deeply. My prayers are with Dale and your family.

Jodi was my neighbor when I was growing up in Lima, Ohio. I just heard of her passing from my sister. So sorry for your loss.
