At age 83 Ken went to be with the Lord after a 21 year battle with cancer with his loving family at his side. Visitation will be held Friday, January 8th, 2016 at Reigle Funeral Home 5501 W. Pierson Rd from 11:00–1:00 and 4:00-9:00. On Saturday, January 9th, 2016 final visitation will be held at Mayfair Bible Church 5339 W. Pierson Road at 10:00am. The funeral service will begin at 11:00am with his Son in law Pastor John Lillie and Pastor Jerry Beach officiating. Kenneth was born in Flint, MI. November 1, 1932, son of Guy and Ruby Paulson. He married Charlotte Anne Culver June 6, 1952. Kenneth worked at McDonald Dairy delivering milk for 5 years. He worked at C & M Machine Shop as a tool and die maker for 20 years, where he meet his wife of 63 years Charlotte, while also serving as a Flint Police officer from 1960 until his retirement as Detective Sgt. in 1983. After his retirement he attended Grand Rapids School of Bible & Music where he graduated in 1986. He leaves behind his wife Charlotte and his seven children, daughter Anne and (John) Lillie, of Jonesville, MI., son Kerry and (Carol) Paulson of Clio, MI., daughter Dianne Spencer of Tampa, FL., son Kenneth Paulson of Lennon, MI., son Timothy (Julie) Paulson Clio, MI., son Richard (Karen) Paulson St. Petersburg, FL., and daughter Kathy Robinson of Flushing, MI. Also left behind to cherish his memories are 22 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Kenneth was a member of Mayfair Bible Church in Flushing and an associate member at Hudson First Baptist Church in Port Richey, Florida. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the Gideons or Child Evangelism Fellowship.
