I  WOULD LIKE TO SEND MY DEEPEST HEARTFELT LOVE AND PRAYERS TO THE WILSON FAMILY FOR THE LOSS OF THEIR (WIFE, MOTHER, SISTER, NEICE GRANDMOTHER AND FRIEND) LAURIE WILSON.  IT WAS SUCH AN HONOR TO CARE FOR HER AND HER FAMILY DURING HER TIME AT MCLAREN CCU.   THERE WAS NO DOUBT SHE WAS DEEPLY LOVED AND SHE WAS A GIVER.  (EVEN TIL THE END.)   ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS SPEND A FEW MINUTES WITH YOUR FAMILY AT HER BEDSIDE TO KNOW THAT.   THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME THE PRIVILEDGE OF CARING FOR  LAURIE.   SHE WAS A REMARKABLE WOMAN.

I had just met Laurie recently when I started working at Sam's. We had some talks outside on our lunch during the summer, you could tell the love she had for her family when she talked about them.I will miss her very much and Sam's won't be the same without her smile everyday. Laurie was one or those people that always knew just when you needed a hug or just the right time to make you laugh. She always made me smile when I was down. She always had the right thing to say no matter what the situation was. She has been in my life for a very long time, and she will continue to live on in my heart and sole. Laurie was truly a special lady, a wonderful mom to so many, and wonderful grandma, even to those who aren't technically her children or grandchildren. I will always love you Laurie. I only new her at Sam's as a customer.  She was always friendly and greeted you with a smile.  I am so sorry for your loss.  My prayers are with you and your family. I had the pleasure of getting to know Laurie at Sam's Club when I started there 8 years ago.  She taught me so much in our time together.  Like how to tackle each problem head on, and how to stay calm and relaxed no matter what the situation was.  It didn't matter how busy it was, she kept the same easy approach.  We had many talks about how if Eeyore was a person, it would be her.  She was very generous with her hugs and laughter and often shared both with anyone she felt needed them.  She will be missed each and every day. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.

Laurie was a wonderful person. I only had the pleasure of knowing her a short time. But even in that short time i learned of all the love she had to give, not only to her family but her friends too. I will cherish everyday that i know her family, as they keep her memories alive.

I am so sorry for you all, especially Bud, Brenda, Jerry and Mona. I loved Laurie and saw her only a couple weeks ago at Sam's. She was a friendly person and easy to love.

Laurie always treated me like a son and not a son-in-law and i will always love her for that. She raised the woman i married to be a caring, giving and strong woman which i am grateful for. I will miss walking into work and getting a hug from her before i started work on some nights. I always gave her a hard time and she would give it to me right back and i will cherish those memories. I always used to joke that the was my "outlaw" instead of my "inlaw" but she will always be a mom in my heart. Love and Miss You Mom

No words can express the heartache I feel from losing my friend of almost 30 years. Laurie and I have been thru a lot of good and bad times over the years. I know she is smiling at all of us from above. She was certainly an angel on earth as I am now sure she is an angel in heaven. R.I.P. Laurie, I will never forget you.

Through my three daughters, who work at Sam's Club, I've gotten to know Laurie.  She impressed me with her caring for her family, thinking of friends, and having fun along the way.  She has had an impact on our entire family and will surely be missed beyond what words can ever say.  Peace and comfort be to your family  - for most certainly, Laurie is smiling from Heaven.

Laurie touched so many lives at Sam's Club, and she will not be forgotten.  She always made so many people laugh, we were very blessed to have her in our lives for the short time she was here.

Dear Wilson family-
I just wanted you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.  I have enjoyed Laurie's company and help with Girl Scout activities, trips, and cookie sales! She has been a wonderful help with our troop over the last five years.  I will miss her sense of humor and her kind, patient, laid back approach to things.
