Marian J. Greshock

GRESHOCK, Marian J. (Hritz) – of Flushing, age 85, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Angel Manor. Marian loved being around her family. She adored her sweet grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a strong faith and was a devoted Catholic Christian all her life. Through much suffering with declining health, Marian never wavered on her love for God. Funeral Divine Liturgy will be offered at 11 a.m. Wednesday on January 17, 2018 at St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church, 2333 North Elms Road, Flushing, the Very Reverend Father David A. Hannes officiating, with visitation from 9 a.m. Wednesday until time of services. Marian was born August 28, 1932 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of the late John and Mary Hritz. Surviving are: her husband of 66 years, Stephen Greshock; children, Stephen (Debbie) Greshock, Karen (Paul) Jacob, Kevin (Janet) Greshock, and Kristine (David) Schaeffer; 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Greshock was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Adam and John Hritz. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael the Archangel Byzantine Catholic Church.
