He grew up in Flint and graduated from Flint Central. He retired from GM Chevy V8 Plant.
He was a dedicated Father and survived by his beloved son Steven J. Rarick. He was preceded in death by wife Gloria, parents Howard and Esther Rarick, brother Tom and sisters Pat and Joyce. He was known as a good mechanic and enjoyed restoring cars and motorcycles. He had an amazing ability to make them look and run like new.
He is also survived by his brother-in-law David (Lucy) Ham, and numerous nephews and nieces.
Cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life gathering is planned for later this month.
