SAUER, Viona – Age 80, of Flint, died Thursday, May 3, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Sauer was born February 8, 1932 in Dexter, Missouri the daughter of Irving and Lena (Bain) Dodd. Viona enjoyed fishing, crocheting and gardening. She played the piano and had also played the organ at her home church. Surviving are her children, Danny (Lois) Martineau, Brenda (Jordon) Woolard, Dennis (Lauri) Martineau, Stanley (JoEllen) Martineau, Lila (Ron) Cook; 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Veola (Herbert) Warson; nieces and nephews. Mrs. Sauer was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Sauer, three brothers and three sisters. Friends may visit the family from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Reigle Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 12 noon Monday, May 7, 2012 at the funeral home. Dr. Dan Martineau and Minister Beulah Brewer will co-officiate. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park.
