Ann Maitland passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in Florida at the age of 101. Beloved wife of the late Edward. Loving mother of the late Thomas E. Maitland and the late Marjorie A. Kelly. Dearest sister of Catherine Sluyk, Frank Rhatigan, Pat Rhatigan and the late Gerry Rhatigan, the late Paddy Joe Rhatigan and the late Thomas Rhatigan. Cherished grandmother of Robbi, Eddie and the late Michael Kelly; and James and William Maitland. Loving great grandmother of Mikayla Procovic, James Kelly and Sean Maitland. Ann’s visitation will be held on Friday November 8, 2013 from 2:00p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and 7:00p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Frederick Funeral Home in Flushing, N.Y. A Mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. on November 9th at Holy Family Church in Flushing. Interment at Mt. St. Mary’s Cemetery, Flushing, New York, immediately following the Mass.
