Tony, as he liked to be called, was a caring and giving man. Anyone who knew Tony, knew of his kind and generous nature. He was a selfless man who loved to do many things – a few of which were travel, eat different food from around the world, cake (oh how he loved his cake!), museums and gardening to name a few.
He served in the Navy and forged many solid friendships with people who continued to be in his life through the years. After dabbling with different careers, he eventually found his calling as a teacher. He received much joy teaching the children and spoke fondly of the memories that he had. Tony was also a volunteer at the food pantry at St. Michaels Church. Serving the church and serving God were important to Tony and his devotion was unwavering.
Tony had a special sense of humor that we all enjoyed. Laughs with Tony usually ended in tears of joy and belly aches.
Tony was preceded by his parents Antonio and Luisa, as well as his brother Herby.
He is survived by his sister Jeanette, his nephews Daniel, Anthony and Wyatt as well as his nieces Laura and Evalyn.
When you think of him, think of his smile, think of his laughter, think of his kindness and know that you will always have an angel watching over you!
Rest in peace Tony. We love you!
