

Anthony Grasso, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on December 11, 2025, at the age of 90. Born on January 17, 1935, Anthony was a resident of Bayside Hills, New York. He was known for being hard-working and thoughtful, leaving behind a legacy that touched many lives.
A veteran of the United States Army, Anthony served his country with honor. After his military service, he became the proprietor of Tom's Latticini in Corona, NY, where he dedicated 68 years to his business, earning the respect and admiration of his community. In addition to operating his store, in 1979 he purchased a Boar's Head Brand distributorship and was a proud local Purveyor for over 30 years, that legacy continues today.
Anthony is survived by his beloved spouse, Josephine (nee Merget), and their children Dean, Tom and Lisa. He was a proud grandfather of five and a great-grandfather of one. Anthony is also survived by his brother Victor and was predeceased by his sisters Rosaria and Martha.
Visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, located at 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY, on December 18, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Robert Bellarmine R.C. Church, 56-15 213th Street, Bayside, New York, on December 19, 2025, at 10:30 am. Burial will follow at Mount St. Mary's Cemetery, 172-00 Booth Memorial Avenue, Flushing, New York, at 12:00 pm.
Anthony Grasso's life was a testament to dedication and love, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
