George was the beloved husband of Margaret M. Essock. He was the loving father of George Essock (Jeannine), Michael Essock, and Corinne Essock (Michael). He was also a cherished brother to Diana Essock and her husband Tom Kolakowski. He was preceded in death by his loving parents Mary and George Essock.
Throughout his life, George was dedicated to his community and his career. He served as the NYC City Marshal of Bayside and spent many years involved with Boy Scouts 142, where he took on the role of Scout Master, guiding and inspiring young minds.
Visitation will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, located at 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358, on December 14, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Robert Bellarmine's Roman Catholic Church at 10:45 am. 56-15 213th St, Bayside, NY 11364, on December 15, 2025.
George will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
