George Yanakis passed away on May 30, 2015. George is survived by his beloved wife Katina, his loving children Chrisanthi Tzannes, Irene Hotzoglou and Harry Yanakis, and his adored grandchildren Constance and Steve Panagioulakis, Anthony Hotzoglou, Caterina Yanakis and Eve Yanakis. The family will be accepting visitors on Tuesday from 2-5pm & 7-9pm. A funeral liturgy will be held Wednesday at 12 Noon at St. Nicholas G.O. Church, followed by interment at Flushing Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Harden Funeral Home of Bayside, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Nicholas G.O. Shrine Church of Flushing in memory of George Yanakis.
