Gloria M. Wiseman

Gloria was born in 1924 in Flushing, NY, where she also worked as a registered nurse in Flushing Hospital. Until her retirement in 1984, she also worked at the Department of Health in Corona, NY. She is survived by her two children, Charles and Donna (John). She was a loving Grandmother to John (Erica), Daniel (Diana), Michael (Jeannine), Giuliana, and Gianna, and an Aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She was also a loving Great-Grandmother to Ava, Nathan, Lily, Emma, and John. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was an active member of the church. She was loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A visitation for Gloria will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. A funeral mass will occur on Saturday, August 19, 2023 9:45 AM at St. Kevin R.C. Church, 45-21 194th Street, Flushing, NY 11358. A graveside service will follow the mass at Mt St Mary's Cemetery, 172-00 Booth Memorial Ave, Fresh Meadows, NY 11365.
