Irini Karavas

A dedicated wife to her late husband, Aristidis Karavas and a cherished mother. She is survived by her devoted children Mark and Angela Karavas, Regina and Dimitrios Georgopoulos, her adoring grandchildren Yianni Georgopoulos and Aris Karavas as well as a wide circle of loving family both near and far.

Irini was known for her kind, gentle and loving soul who dedicated her life to caring for her family. Her kindness and warmth will live on through the lives she touched.

A visitation will be held at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Shrine Church, located at 196-10 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY, 11358, on September 9, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.

A religious ceremony will follow at the same location from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

The committal service will follow at Flushing Cemetery, 163-06 46th Ave, Flushing, NY, 11358, on September 9, 2025.
