Our beloved Richie, you will be miss greatly.  Your best friend Justin and family are deeply saddened by your loss and will continue to pray for your family.  You were like a 3rd son to me, all the times you spent in my home with my boys.  I have the best memories to last a lifetime and am so blessed to have seen you a few months ago when you came to visit and surprised me with a big hug & had dinner with us.  It's not goodbye, it's until we meet again. Your legacy will live on through all those who love you, you have gained your wings and are now in a better place watching over us all.  I'll miss that smile & your humble heart!  I know now you are in God's presence because you loved the Lord and accepted him when we all went to church together.  I'll miss you my dear Richie, Gone but never forgotten.  RIP love you always!

Richie was my best friend for years. We known each other since we were 15 years old. We met through mutual friends in high school and clicked ever since. As we got to know eachother more we became like brothers. He was a member of our family. My family would expect him to be with me when ever I came home. We became such good friends he even met my extended family in the Bronx and everyone knew who he was. We spent such good times together in church and had many great laughs. He will always be missed by us. I will never forget earlier this year he came to Florida to visit and I got to see him at a random time after work not expecting him to be here. I was happy to say that he was able to meet my wife for the first time before he departed. His life will always be celebrated. RIP Richie. Love Justin

Richie was the most beautiful person anyone could ever hope to be around. Richie loved hard, he cared whole heartedly, he protected fearlessly, he inspired beyond imagination. Richie was and will continue to be an angel sent from the man upstairs. I met Richie many years ago through a great friend of mine, Eric who past away in 07'. As Hispanic/American  youth we can together in a big group and we enjoyed all that life had to offer, Richie was in the heart of all that joy. Richie's smile always made you feel like things will be ok and things will be better because thats how much he believed in other around him. I recently reached out to him to see how he was don't with his know found love for health and fitness. I was happy to hear he was doing great and i shared that I am also on my journey to weight loss and good health. Richie offered to help me and visit him, I only wish I would have taken him up on his offer sooner. Even thought this is as sad time for all I know Richie is in a good place watching over us all and protecting all his loved ones. My heart goes out to his family, Richie is always with you.
