

His marriages were blessed with four children; Linda, Thomas (affectionately known as "Bray") Terrence and India.
His employment began after learning a trade as a welder at Republic Aviation in Farmingdale, NY. After many years,with some influence by his mother,Edna,he realized he needed more job security and joined the M.T.A.of New York where he retired in 1993.
Known for his strong opinions concerning people and life as he saw it; he was sustained on his journey by his loyal and caring friend Auther Cooper, who he relied on for his spiritual guidance.
Thomas was preceeded in death by his beloved son, Thomas (Bray) Jr. He leaves to mourn and celebrate his lifehis children: Linda,Terrence and India;grandchildren Cheryl,Tamica,Tarahsean,'little" India and Elissia; ten great-children. Also, sons-in-law,one daughter-in-law and a host of nieces,nephews,cousins and other relatives and many friends.
