Thomas J. Flanagan, 83 passed away on September 15, 2015. He was born on June 9, 1932 in Astoria, NY to Thomas and Annie Flanagan. Thomas is survived by his sister Eileen Machules and nieces. His visitation will be on Friday from 2-5 and 7-9pm at Frederick Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 9:30am at St. Michael's RC Church followed by interment at Mt. St. Mary's Cemetery in Flushing, NY. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Frederick Funeral Home, Flushing, New York.
