From the moment I spent time with Daniel and Caroline together, I saw an authentic, caring and supportive relationship.   It's been our privilege to get to know Daniel and welcome him into our family; a positive connection that we'll cherish and carry forward in our lives.  A true gift.

Hi Denise.  My condolenceses to you and the family.  You do not know me but I met your brother over 20 years ago and we have remained friends since then.  We got to know each other through our shared interest of being a Linkin Park Fan.  We got to meet in person at a concert one time.  One of his favorite songs from the band is called Papercut.  Over the years we would connect and catch up.  Earlier this year, I had sent him a message and didn't hear back from him until a month later or so and that's when I found out about his diagnosis.  I thought of him since the news and checked up on him as well.  He was a good man and will be greatly missed.
This was sent to my daughter-in-law, but I thought I should share these beautiful words with all his friends and family!❤️❤️

Daniel was a  brave and upbeat young man who always strived to make that personal connection with you. Despite all he went through, he never showed any sign of bitterness or self pity. He continued to show concern for those around him. A big hug to his entire family.  Love to all of you  💕

I know Danny as his baseball coach at Forest hills high school. He played on our team for 3 years. Danny was a great person , always a very respectful high character young man. He was an outstanding ball player and did a great job as catcher on our 2000 championship season team.we defeated transit tech. 5-2 at Yankee stadium. I will never forget Danny coming up to me to tell me what a great experience playing on our team had been for him, his excitement and gratitude was evident. We have lost  a fine young man. Our heartfelt condolences to the Manjarrez Family. We remember Daniel as a good natured , lovely person.  He had  an infectious smile and laugh  He was always ready to listen and engage in conversations with you showing an interested in what you had to say. A charming human being.
