He was my best friend for 50 years running......and I miss him terribly.  He always knew how to make me smile.  Rest easy my friend,  until we meet again.

I was deeply saddened to hear today, too late, that Norman had passed away, too early.  He was a fine man with a great intellect.  My sincere condolences to his family and friends, who must be missing him.

My old friend Norman, I wish we would had time to catch up after 50 years. You had a wonderful collection of photographs from those years when we were kids, Wjen ever I see the movie " Stand by Me" it brings me back to our days at Hollow Brook lake. May you be " snapping like crazy" up there !!

I was shocked and so saddened to hear about Norman.
He and I worked together for many years and we spent countless hours talking and sharing our lives. He was a kind and generous person who worked tirelessly  and tried to please all of his co workers and clients. He was also a gifted photographer -and touched and enriched many lives.
Norm was truly one of the good guys and I'll miss him. Deep and sincere condolences to his family.

My deepest sympathies to Norman's family and friends.  I remember Norman so fondly from my childhood.  It is a terrible loss.

I have fond childhood memories as we spent the summers together at Hollowbrook Lake; my Dad also got him interested in photography when he was a teenager. They would spend  hours together developing black and white pictures in the basement of our house...
