A visitation for Rafael will be held Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM at Forest Park Funeral Home, 114-03 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY 11375, followed by a visitation from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
