

She was born on September 14, 1924 in Pinewood, Ontario to Samuel and Regina Boucher. On May 28, 1946 she was united in marriage to Edward Triskle. They resided in Sleeman, ON then relocated several times for Edwards employment; to Witch Bay Road in 1954, To Camp Robinson in 1956 and then to Fort Frances in 1972. A couple of years after the death of her husband she moved to Sarnia to be with her sister and then to Sault Ste. Marie in 2005. She was a long time member of the CWL , active in that organization in Fort Frances and Sarnia.
Mae was predeceased by her husband Edward Triskle; parents Regina and Sam Boucher; siblings Dulice Tilson (Jack) Verna DeWinter (Fred) Erba Kerr (Hugh), Della Boucher, Lucile Blackwell (Jack), Wallace (Kay), Maurice, Peter (Betty), Rene (Lorraine) and Lester (Florence).
She will be lovingly remembered by her children Janice Hatfield of Kenora, ON, Wayne (Marlene) of Sault Ste. Marie, ON and Terry (Sabina) of South Mountain, ON; grandchildren Crystal Fair (Jamie) of London, ON, Jeff Hatfield (Debbie) and their children of Kenora, ON, Cynthia Sabourin (Andre) and their children of Sault Ste. Marie, ON and Lance Triskle (Sara) and their children of Barrie, ON. Mae is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 1 p.m. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Fort Frances, Ontario. Cremation has taken place and interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery in Fort Frances, Ontario.
