Andrew Basil Carter, age 52, of Bronx, New York passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Andrew was born October 22, 1969.
A visitation for Andrew will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Davie, Florida 33317.
