

Rick touched the lives of many people with his humor, spirit, warmth and kindness. Rick always placed his interests in the well being of others as his primary concern. He had a passion for golf, lobstering, time on the water and making people laugh.
Rick was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 11, 1951 to Charles Richard Fulmer and Sue Land Fulmer. He graduated North Central High School 1969, University of Evansville, B.S. 1973 and Nova Southeastern University School of Law, J.D. 1979. He was an active member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He was the founder of the well respected law firm Fulmer, LeRoy and Albee, P.A.
Rick is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Fred Land and Ingrid Fulmer, niece, Kendra Erika Fulmer and son, Drake Richard Fulmer. He is also survived by many treasured friends whom he enjoyed making countless unforgettable memories that he shared with all.

A Memorial Gathering (Visitation) will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 12:00 - 1:00 at the KRAEER - FAIRCHILD FUNERAL HOME, 4061 NORTH FEDERAL HIGHWAY, FORT LAUDERDALE. Rick's funeral service will commence at 1:00 at the funeral home.
