Rick was a great lawyer and friend, he will be missed. I send my deepest condolences and prayers.

My family met the Fulmers in the early 2000s.  Barbara and I were introduced to play tennis and found that our sons were the exact same age.  For years, my son, KC and Drake were close friends growing up in Sea Ranch together.  We had many great times both in Sea Ranch and Park City.  Rick, in addition to being an accomplished attorney and businessman, loved life and enjoyed injecting humor into most situations.  Shortly before Rick's untimely passing, KC and I were fondly reminiscing about some "Rick Moments" including him impersonating Frank Sinatra in the hot tub, portraying Gene Kelly as he danced through the snow capped streets of Park City and jubilantly singing to LMFAO.  He certainly possessed the gift of laughter.  We'll miss you, Rick!  I am so sorry for your loss on earth and I know that you will be lighting up the party on the other side.

Gabe and Cindy Imperato were unable to attend the funeral service because of a prior commitment out of state. We had many experiences with Rick over the years and always loved to see him and usually laugh hysterically, He was someone who made living in Ft. Lauderdale a special experience and our memories of time spent with him are vivid. We miss him, but we hope our friend will rest in peace. Rick was a good soul.

Rick was a great lawyer but, more importantly, a great guy. My condolences to the family, and all who will miss him.

Bossanova, I have so many questions left. You have been my compass for most of my adult life.  It was such an honor to spend 37 years with you but even more so the last eight months: enjoying your company; watching Rifleman and MASH; eating my failed internet recipes; theorizing my work stories with you; talking over the great life we’ve had together; laughing, and laughing and laughing. I truly did not appreciate before this past year how much you just purely loved everyone and everything; and me. I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little broken, but I will figure it out because you gave me skills that will guide me forever.  The depth of your brilliance will never be matched. My heartfelt condolences to the Fulmer family. Rick was truly an outstanding gentleman and consummate professional.
As an attorney on the other side of the table, I would always smile when I saw his signature on the answer to my complaint.

I immediately knew three things. I would be spending the next year and a half to two years with someone that I truly enjoyed being around and respected. I would have to up my game and be prepared to litigate with the most skillfully prepared attorney on my docket. And finally, I knew at the conclusion of that case I would be a better trial lawyer because Rick always raised the bar I had to reach to stay competitive with him. Every client Rick ever represented was incredibly fortunate to have him on their team.

It’s a shame there is not a CLE course that could package and teach the manor in which to practice law as performed by Rick Fulmer.

My condolences to Drake, Barbara and the Fulmer family.  I will miss my friend.  The world seems less bright.  It is hard to believe that I visited with him just last month.  I owe much to him - he was always looking to help people meet with success.  I first met Rick at a work event and we became fast friends.  His sense of humor and his joy were evident in all of our interactions.  I will miss the gleam in his eye.  He always made you feel welcome; always had time for you and made you feel special.  So many friends of his became part of my network.  I loved playing the occasional round of golf with him and watching the unbridled joy of an adult child hustling to the lake to fish the golf balls from errant shots out - only to hand them over!  I will miss Rick Fulmer, my friend.  Live in the hope of His Light.

Played too many tricks, laughed so hard we were criers
Conspire, no liar, aspire to retire... on the Hartz Desire!

If  adolescent humor were money, we could fill a bank
But if you would, please hold off with St. Peter on those pranks
We also ask forgiveness, for our sophomoric sins
So like you, he too, will surely let us in

May the perpetual light shine upon you, through the mercy of God, and rest in peace brother Rick.   Amen.

Your dad was a great guy. I met him in 2022 when we both started the FDCC together, and I always loved spending time with him at the meetings. I'm sorry for your loss.

So many heartfelt memories from you, Rick, who was not only my boss/attorney, but a mentor, friend, teacher and confidante. I will miss your smiles and laughter forever.  Rest in Heavenly Peace Fulmer, you will be missed.

Hearing the name Rick Fulmer always generates fond memories of fun times!  He was talented, driven to succeed, funny and always an incredible friend and fraternity brother!  Rick was a groomsman in my wedding and saved the day as we got lost on the way to the church!  As a “find a way or make one” kind of guy, he ran down a Police Officer and negotiated an escort to the church.  We arrived at 4:25 for a 4:30p.m. wedding start!  Rick had a big heart; a great sense of humor; and lived life to the fullest … he will be greatly missed!

I will always remember Ricks smile and laughter every time we were
together .  His brother Fred and him were best friends but he always
had time for others and loved to talk about life, golf. the law, and colorful things he had experienced.   He loved to tell jokes and stories
that were either fictional or non fiction but one was never sure.   He will be dearly missed and our prayers and thoughts go out to Fred and Ingrid and the entire Fulmer family.

I will always smile when I think of you and you will always hold a special place in my heart

My wife Susie  and myself were great friends of  Rick. I personally went to elementary school, junior high, and high school with Rick. We played on the same sports teams and we’re lifelong friends. As the picture shows, Rick was the best man in our wedding …we will miss him terribly! Prayers for the entire  family.

Rick was the consummate gentleman, a man of honor, with his wry smile, unending sense of humor and one of the truly good human beings on the planet. I enjoyed practicing law with him and being in his company. My deepest condolences to his family and friends over the loss of this good man. We will miss you, Rick.

I am so sorry to hear of Rick’s passing.  I have wonderful, happy memories of our early years in Hollywood.  A lot of laughter, and I think he would agree.  RIP dear friend.

We have known Rick since the 70s. He was an awesome friend and coach! He coached my daughter, Luci (brown hair in the back) for years and when she beat the boys running laps, Rick would make the boys run more. He always told her when playing tee ball (and many years after) to, “Stay low and move left”.  Rick and my husband, Allen, were great friends.  I think they are in Heaven playing golf right now and having a blast.  We will miss Rick so much!!!

As a fraternity brother, Rick was always funny, confident, smart, and a friend to all.  Truly, “the life of the party” was an accurate description of Rick, but he meant so much more to those of us who were fortunate enough to share a segment of his life.  Deepest condolences to the family,

I am so sorry to hear of our loss of Rick.  A colleague in the defense bar for his entire career and active member of ADTA will be greatly missed. Rick was a great NSU Law alumnus and all of us extend our deepest condolences to the Fulmer family.

I am so sorry to hear about Rick's passing.  I spoke with him a week or so ago, and as usual he was in good spirits.  Susan and I had so many good times with Rick and his family at the FDCC conferences through the years before Rick's retirement.   He was a great inspiration to me and was instrumental in giving me the confidence to start my own law firm several years back.   I always enjoyed catching up with Rick, most the time giving him a call while I was driving to some far away courthouse or deposition.   I am going to miss those calls.

So very sorry to hear of the passing of this wonderful man!!! I was so young when I worked for him and others at George, Hartz, Lundeen, 32 years ago. Rick was soooo bright, driven, kind and fun at the holiday parties. Brings back so many memories for me.  God Bless his soul and condolences to everyone in his life who love him dearly. When I told my son Tony , now 34 of your passing, he recounted that one  of his earliest memories was of you reading his children’s books and adlibbing . “Move over Fool (sorry Frog””) left any indelible impression on my infant son. Poor kid.

I was so lucky to spend the majority of the last few months with you, my friend. We laughed so hard and talked politics , women, life in general and value of true friends. You were blessed with having Michelle by your side as your 'work wife' , she considers you here mentor, her best friend and most of all family. We celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas with you as part of our family and your brother Fred welcomed us to your family celebrations as well. You may be gone from this earth but I can assure you , you will always live in our hearts and minds. We were blessed to be able to call you our friend. Hit 'em straight buddy!

We will miss you, buddy. Thanks for being such a great partner and friend for so many years. Everybody is sad but telling wonderful stories about your winning personality, sense of humor and talent… RIP.
