I am seeing this for the first time. I am so very sorry for your loss. I used to babysit the Walker children  in the 70's. I remember Chris as an adorable child. I remember he was called Bubba. Had some great times with you my friend.  As I sit and think about them, I smile, even laugh out load.   Our trip to California was the best!  You know it!  I have missed our times together over the years and now I will miss them even more.  You were a sweet soul.

I worked with Chris in the mortgage business for a number of years at Prism Mortgage and at RBC Mortgage. He was always fun to be around and really cared about the customers. The women who worked for the company always thought Chris was handsome, and liked him. I never saw him get angry--he was such a peaceful person. Dearest Walker family~ I honestly don't know what to say only that my heart is heavy & thoughts overwhelmed. Bubba & I shared some wonderful times &  great memories were created!! I'll never forget I had a party at my house & a mutual friend brought bubba that's how we met. I remember the next morning on my refig was a note that said "do you want to go on a date, bubba" my mother came to me & said what's a bubba we laughed about that for over a 1 1/2 years. Bubba has such a warm wonderful caring heart & he defined compassion. Unfortunately our path of life went separate ways but bubba will always hold a very special place in my heart. To the walker family I could never imagine your pain & I only pray that God comforts you during this difficult time & wraps His ever loving arms around each of you. All of you welcomed me into your lives, your home & I am forever grateful. God bless each of you. I know bubba is in heaven looking down with that gorgeous smile sending warmth & comfort to get thru each day!!!

I first met Bubba when I moved in with my aunt and uncle to attend Cardinal Gibbons in 1984. The Walker's lived two doors down and the Tight's were across the street. I have fond memories of hanging out with Bubba and his friends, Pat Widoff and Hugo Silsby. I lost touch when I graduated high school in 1985, but was pleasantly surprised when Bubba attended Mercer University for a short time Every time we met again, we just picked up where ever we had left off - it never seemed that any time had passed. The same was true when we reconnected on fb many years ago. I am still in shock and heart broken about Bubba no longer being with us physically. Rarely have I met such a soft spoken, sweet spirited, generous and fun gentleman. There always has been and will continue to be a place in my heart for Bubba. Be there a heaven above, Bubba is there, and I shall meet him in the next phase. My prayers and sincerest condolences to the Walker family, along with his close friends, such as Pat and Hugo. I will miss your presence, but your spirit abides. Rest in peace, my lovely friend. All of my love, eternally.

My heart was broken today upon hearing of the passing of my dear friend bubba. What an extraordinary person. He will be dearly missed by me and everyone else who were fortunate enough to have known him. My prayers and thoughts are wirh the Walker family.

I first met Bubba in the mid-90's when we worked for Enterprise.  According to his brother Frank, he said I was his best manager.  I'm not sure if that's entirely true, but it always makes me smile. He was a joy to be around - so cool, sweet and funny.                                 My heart goes out to the Walker Family and Friends.  May precious memories of Bubba bring comfort and peace in this most difficult time. My deepest condolences.

Bubba possessed all the traits that make man a noble creature. He was bright, caring and a genuine friend. He will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him. Heaven got another good one today and already the world seems much dimmer without him in it. Love and miss you Bubs.

It's still so hard to believe that Bubba isn't here.  He was a great friend and had a wonderful spirit.  We graduated from STA together and he took me to the Homecoming dance our senior year.  We had so much fun!  I feel very lucky to have spent time time with him over the past couple of years, especially after not seeing him since high school.  He will be forever missed.

My heart was broken when I heard the news about Chris. We lost touch for quite a few years but the kindness of his heart left a HUGE impression. I was so sorry to hear about Bubba's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Walker family during this terribly sad time.

Chris was the kindest, sweetest person I knew in high school. His integrity and compassion are qualities that I have always admired. He had a positive outlook and was always quick to laugh or add his insight in a conversation. I have thought of him as an old soul, who was wise beyond his years. His love, pride and commitment to his family unwaivered. As his friend, it was easy to admire the cohesiveness and the close bonds he had to his family. Nurtured in love and beautiful life experiences he was someone who would never speak negatively about anyone. Gentle yet strong, he looked out for others. He was quick to giggle and tolerated some immature, corny humor at times. Since he was so bashful it was always fun for me to try to make him blush and giggle. I loved that he always called me, "funny girl". I will forever treasure my fond memories of my lunch buddy, prom date arranger and forever friend. When I feel the emptiness and sadness of his loss, I am again, encouraged by the sweet memories of his warm hugs, infectious smile and the gorgeous sparkle in his eyes.  His untimely passing is beyond words and sadness. May God be with his beautiful family, lifelong friends and all those touched by our dear Bubba. I will pray He will give us all peace as we grieve such a wonderful, brilliant life.

I have so many great memories of playing baseball, watching Dolphins games, running around, etc... with Bubba.  Please know that you are in my family's thoughts and prayers.
