Thinking of you and your entire family and wishing you moments of peace and comfort as you remember Mother.  I am deeply saddened by her passing and I know that her loss will create a void that words cannot fill. I also know of the bond in your family and I pray that you all will find comfort in the cherished moments you shared together, and may her memory bring you peace.

To mother Allen’s family, I’m so sorry for your loss.

She transcended her beautiful spirit into every life she touched. So grateful to have met her for so many reasons including she extending her culinary skills to me on the art of roasting a breadfruit perfectly!   She impacted  my life and my marriage in such a positive way!  I’ll be eternally indebted for all the advice that she gave to me during our many discussions.  It breaks my heart to see her transition but I guess it’s time for her to get her wings!💕🙏🏾

I'm deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved "Mommy Allen".  I will always remember her  wisdom, guidance, and friendship.  Her passing leaves a tremendous void, but her influence on my life will continue to inspire me. 
 Sheryl, my friend,  please  know that you're not alone in your grief.   I am so grateful for the time I had with Cynthia, whose mentorship and friendship enriched my life in ways I'll always treasure.  May her memory be a blessing to us girls (Joey, Velmore, Jiann and Ivet) and to all who knew and loved her.

As Hector and I got out of bed 
we both started talking about the good times we shared with us all beloved cousin Cynthia.
We know for sure that she is in heaven watching over us and 
now we also know she is securing a place for us all to be together when we meet again.

It is with sadden hearts that Hector and I have lost a treasured family friends Cynthia. When n I first met Cynthia Hector's cousin she was nothing but gracious to me and Hector her beautiful daughters lost their mother father aunt and all of the above I remember the Friday evenings we share together for whatever she had prepared which was always great especially fried Chicken when we got done eating she would say it's time for you too to go home it's getting dark so we got the cube and left I want to say goodbye because we will meet again rest in peace my love.

Grandma, 

We were not related by blood but we had the bond of grandmother and grand-daughter.  I have so many fond memories of you; from the nights I would stay over while I prepped for med school exams to vacations I spent with you in Florida, I always felt your love and support.  I enjoyed so much being around you, your lighthearted spirit and uncensored advice never failed to have me giggling.
 
I know you lived a great life and you lived it to the fullest and I want to think you lived it with no regrets. For this I choose to celebrate you. You  were an amazing woman.

I am so happy I that was able to reconnect with you in the last few months, you were in such good spirits despite everything else happening. I am even happier that you were able to meet Kai and spend some time with our little family. Even then, despite your own discomfort, your spark shined from within. We had belly fulls of laughter and I left smiling from ear to ear.

My deepest Condolences to my cousins: June, Sheryl, Kareth, Mel and their family.  There's peace in the midst of your storms. Be of good comfort. This too shall pass.

My dear Cynthia,  you were a mom to me when I really needed a guiding hand as I struggled through my teenage years.. As a mom you saw my need and you stood in the gap. The best part of my memory is the fact that I never felt or noticed an ounce of prejudice coming from you or Sheryl. I dearly appreciated that,  bc the truth be told I felt unwanted based on  my circumstances then.
 50 years , that's how long I knew you . Thank you for your kindness and believe me, memories of you  will live long in my heart.

We shared so many occasions filled with fun laughter and lots of dancing. We had an amazing trip to Ohio Rios the week she celebrated her 91st birthday. 
It was none stop laughter throughout the journey as she delivered jokes after jokes. 
It ended with a dinner at a beachfront restaurant and Mother Allen as so fondly called was the life of the dinner party of 8 and never failed rock to tune after tune saying ‘ohhh music’
An unforgettable day for all.  We all loved her
