Daniel Beiro, peacefully passed Sunday, August 11, 2013 in the loving care and presence of his family. He was 85. He was born, October 2, 1927 in Tampa, Florida to Cuban descendants, Benilde and Maria Beiro. Our “Papa” was the core and heart of our family.
His Cuban roots were reflected in the way he lived and loved. He was married to Julia, the love of his life, for 65 years. He dedicated his life to instill in his only daughter, Diana, the importance of family, hard work, commitment and character. He was a “second father” to his grandchildren, Jennifer and Brandon, beloved and ever present in their lives.
Papa was a fiercely intelligent man. He was intuitive, creative, ingenious and the “life of the party.” His presence made a difference in every life he touched. He was the anchor of our family. His impassioned spirit will forever live on in our hearts.
He is survived by his loving wife Julia Beiro, only daughter, Diana O’Malley, granddaughter Jennifer O’Malley-Yeskey, and husband, Alexis Yeskey, grandson, Brandon O’Malley, sisters, Velia Arrien, and Isabel Hauck. He was preceded in death by his brother Ben Beiro, and sister Alicia Tipa.
We invite family and friends to join us on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 5pm for a Memorial gathering followed by a “Celebration of Life” tribute service beginning promptly at 6:00 pm. The services will be held at Kraeer-Fairchild Funeral Home, 4061 N Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308.
We thank you for your continued love and support and welcome your personal testimonies to our beloved Papa.
