Dominick Anthony Alicea, age 19, of Hialeah, Florida passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021. Dominick was born April 20, 2002 in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
A visitation for Dominick will be held Friday, November 19, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue, Davie, Florida 33317, in the yellow building that faces the highway.
