It hasn't been easy without you. I know in my heart the reasons I was brought into your life and I feel at peace to know I was there for you when you most needed it. You're looking down on me from heaven and see my daily struggles and I know you will understand whatever path I choose to follow. Miss you every day.

Tita I know you are in heaven now with Nanay and Papa...please guide our family and keep us bind for the sake of our family. We love you tita.

What a blessing to have met Florida six years ago when she joined the clinical operations team at Kindred Hospital, Hollywood. Her passion for excellence and commitment to the practice of professional nursing was truly commendable and worthy of emulation. Her kindness and compassion could only be matched by her humble, serene and respectful demeanor. A rose has been taken from our garden but memories of the times we shared will be etched in our memories forever. Rest in peace my "Filipino Daughter" and may light perpetual shine upon you.

Juan and I will forever be grateful to have been a part of your family.  You are an instrumental piece to all my favorite childhood memories.  I remember going to the mall every weekend after Fritzie's piano lessons and going to Pizza Hut (when that was actually a big deal).  We spent so much time together whether it was picking you up from South Shore Hospital or Miami Heart, all the Filipino parties (as the only Cuban), and did I mention the MALL!  I had such a blessed childhood thanks to you and your family.  You did an AMAZING job with your kids and to this day am proud to still be a part of your family.  Thank you for making a difference in my life.  You will forever be missed and loved. We love you!!! XOXO

Florida was a dedicated nurse who invested in continuing her education.  It was a pleasure to be a part of her decision to take on a new role this year with Kindred Ft. Lauderdale.  Her enthusiasm and excitement for this position was energizing to all at our May conference.  On behalf of her colleagues and personally, my condolences go to the family and those who held her dear.  May God's rest for her be a source of peace and comfort to you in this difficult time.

Mom..I will be eternal grateful that you took me in as your daughter. I will certainly miss our talks and watching You laugh at them. You planted the seed of love in my heart for you and your family.
