In his long and interesting life he was a successful businessman, a world traveler and a raconteur without equal. He lived in South Florida for more than forty years, after having grown up in The Bronx, NY, and made his business career in Houston, Texas. In Florida he was able to indulge his passion for boating, fishing, and being on (but not in!) the water.
His other great love was listening to and supporting classical music, and he and Deko spent many summers traveling to musical events in Tanglewood and as far away as Russia.
Harold is survived by his dedicated wife, Deko, his two children, and three beloved grandchildren. In addition close friends mourn his passing.
The family offers thanks to the doctors who looked after him and gratitude to the wonderful hospice workers who were with him in the end."
