Hazel Mainguy

She was born on March 20, 1929 in Hahira, Georgia and moved to Fort Lauderdale with her family in 1941. She married Holden L. Mainguy in 1949 and they had three children. She was preceded in death by her husband and is survived by her children: Yvonne (Russell) Lammer of Manson, NC; David (Terri) Mainguy of Clayton, NC; and Robert (Susan) Mainguy of Fort Lauderdale. She has 15 wonderful grandchildren: Matthew (Christine) Lammer, Rebecca (Nile) Calderon, Bradley Mainguy, Timothy Mainguy, Lauren Mainguy, Jonathan (Leah) Mainguy, Michael Mainguy, Elizabeth (Kenny) Tucker, Amanda Mainguy, Marshall Mainguy, David Mainguy, Margaret Mainguy, Christopher Mainguy, Benjamin Mainguy and Emily Mainguy. She was blessed with 11 great grandchildren; Victoria, Nile and Isabella Calderon; Seth, Cora Beth and Deacon Mainguy; Valkyrie and Sigrid Mainguy; Madelyn and Remy Tucker; and Elliott Mainguy.

A service will be held on Wednesday, May 18th at 11:30AM at First Baptist Church of Oakland Park.
