Howard W. H. Chan, 67 of Fort Lauderdale, Florida entered into rest on Friday, April 3, 2015. A visitation will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South in Davie, Florida. Howard will truly be missed.
