A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South in Davie, Florida. A funeral service will also be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 1:00 pm at St. Andrew Catholic Church 9950 North West 29th Street, Coral Springs, Florida 33065. Jacqueline will truly be missed.
