The following is from the prayer card; written by my daughter Shanah and her partner Jonathan that includes the lyrics to the song by KT Tunstall - Miracle that we believe are words from Joe to us that we played at the end of the memorial service.
When there's beautiful ability
ended by mortal fragility,
our hears can feel not whole.
Sometimes it's as if we see
the end as the enemy,
but now I know it isn't so.
There's so much on the other side
that makes me feel so alive ...
I have no defense against the love of all.
It's incredible, it's so beautiful,
now I know it's a miracle ...
When we leave it's a rise and not a fall
