Johanna Georgine Straw, 88 of Coconut Creek, Florida passed away October 7, 2016. She was born in Bamberg, Germany on September 19, 1928. Johanna was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children: Jacob R. Straw, Mary L. Straw, John W. Straw and Patricia A. Cavanaugh; Grandchildren: Tina (Scott), Kristi, Gary (Sofia), Brian, Sean, Samuel, Zach, Crystal and Patrick; Great Grandchildren: Anthony, Jacob, Dylan, Jostin, Amya, Allen, Aliyah and Alysha.
Visitation and reception will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 from 4:00 pm-8:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Davie Road, Davie, Florida 33317. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Davie Road, Davie, Florida 33317. Interment will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens South, 2401 Davie Road, Davie, Florida. Johanna will truly be missed.
