John Joseph Muller, a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was born on April 10, 1939, and passed away on September 20, 2025, at the age of 86. John is survived by his wife Frances Muller and son Michael.
John grew up in Woodbury, NJ the son of Jacob and Hilda Muller. He lived there until the age of 12 when he and his family moved to Pompano Beach, FL. He graduated from Pompano Beach High School and then attended Florida State University, studying hotel management. He returned to Pompano Beach and started working in the car rental business in 1955.
He met Frances and they married. They started an Auto Driveaway business soon after and were in business for 45 years in Fort Lauderdale until 2010.
John was a member of the American Legion and Young Republican Club in the 1970’s. John was very involved in improving his local community and neighborhood. He loved fishing and playing pool with friends and colleagues. He also enjoyed trips with his wife to Las Vegas and Hawaii, among many other trips and adventures.
John is survived by many friends who will miss him dearly. Rest in peace, John. Your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
