Joseph Hilton, age 92, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2025. Born in Pétion-Ville, Haiti, Joseph was the son of Charles Hilton and Emma Nicolas. He graduated from Université Polytechnique d’Haïti in 1955 with a degree in civil engineering. Joseph worked for 18 years at PRC Harris in New York before returning to Haiti in 1977, where he co-founded a successful construction company. He is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Adeline, his children Rudolph and Martine, his sister Michelle and his grandchildren Gregory, Clifford, and Charles .
