I met Juan when I was 12 years old in middle school. Not long after meeting him I became his girlfriend. As most middle school relationships do, ours ended. When we were in high school, we fell in love all over again. Juan Carlos was not only my boyfriend but he was my bestfriend. He showed me what it was like to love.  Not only did I love him with my whole heart but he taught me to love myself. He supported and encouraged me in everything I did. He was the light wherever he was present and was loved by many.  He made me laugh more than anyone else and gave me memories I’ll get to hold onto forever. I consider myself blessed to have been loved and to be in love with an angel. I hope to see you soon bebe. Rest easy my love. 

I am truly sorry for ur lost my heart is broken into piece but you gotta stay strong because he wouldnt want to see u guys down he would want you guys to be happy and live life still to the fullest juan was  an amazing guy who  made everyone around him happy , Rest In Peace Juan

Mi mas sentido pésame para la familia. Me cuesta mucho aceptar que alguien tan bueno y generó y humilde pudo pasarle esto, juan fue una sola vez a mi casa a ver a mi hija allison y jamas olvido esa sonrisa y tan amable y muy humilde muchacho, le pido a Dios que el lo tenga en su gloria y que Dios pueda llenar de paz y fuerza a sus familiares. Juan jamas morirá en nuestros corazones .

Platos won’t  be the same without you Juan. You always knew how to cheer me up when things were going bad, you were so full of light and happiness. You were always singing, always smiling.  I know you’re smiling down at all of us right now. I love you and you’ll be in my thoughts always. Rest easy Juan ❤️

My daughter Paige worked with Juan at Platos Closet, and frequently spoke of the tall, cute guy with the beautiful eyes who was always smiling and singing and making everyone laugh. Juan will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace handsome, and may peace be with you, your family and all who knew and loved you. 

I had the honor of meeting Juan when, he and his mother came in inquiring about a job. I am glad to not only say I have had the honor of meeting him but the honor of working with him at Plato's Closet. He was a very kind, hard-working  young man and he will definitely be missed by his Plato's Closet family.

We are deeply saddened to hear this news .Loosing a loved one is never easy,  it is most certainly the hardest when they are taken from us too soon. Your recent loss of your son who has left us at such a youthful age is definitely in the category of those hard losses for which there is so painful a reminder of what might have been.

I had the pleasure of meeting Juan as he would come to my yard across the street to pick up his little dog and met him formally while he dated my best friends daughter. My deepest and most heartfelt condolences for Juan's family and friends during this most difficult time. I pray that your hearts heal and are filled with all the wonderful memories he brought to us all. Your family is in my prayers and his memory will always be in my heart. Rest in Peace sweetheart.

I had the privilege of teaching Juan in marital arts. He was such a bright, engaging boy. He always knew how to make everyone around him smile. My condolences and sympathies go out to his family. Juan truly touched the lives of those around him. He will be dearly missed.

I had to the honor to have Juan in my fourth grade class at Meadowbrook Elementary . His smile could light up a room. Last year his brother Jeremy was in my class. He was just as wonderful and spoke of his big brother often.   This is an unimaginable tragedy. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. He will be your angel now. God bless you all. I prayer for your strength. 

I was Juan’s Third Grade Teacher at Meadowbrook Elementary School. I remember what a bright, kind, and witty student he was. I am so saddened to hear about this tragedy. My prayers and deepest condolences for your family at this time. 

My love and prayers go out to Juan’s family and friends. I found out about his passing from a colleague at Meadowbrook Elementary School. I was Juan’s 4th grade Science teacher. As soon as I saw his picture, I remembered his kind spirit and that contagious smile. May he protect us all from above and be an example of kindness for all.
