Kat was born in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania to Kenneth and Lynn Leis on March 13, 1992. She went to school at Harriton High School in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and at Millersville University in Pennsylvania. She was engaged to Christopher (Kirby) Boch and was planning an October wedding. She worked as a customer service representative for Corvantis.
Kat is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Leis.
She is survived by her mother, Lynn Leis, brother, David, nephew Ceatyn and fiancé Kirby

A celebration of life gathering for Katherine will be held Monday, April 10, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Broward Burial and Cremation, 1801 East Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306.
