When you went to the mailbox around a birthday or holiday there was always a card from Aunt Lorraine. She was there to dance with me at my wedding and gave us so many memories. We will miss her. 

As she raises to heaven, we take comfort in the life she led and the family she will join.  But, won’t forget the memories she gave us.

Too many memories to share...
Aunt Lorraine will be missed by many, especially her siblings, who shared many cherished memories with her from Northvale, NJ, and all the years since. 

My prayers are with Timmy and Cheryl for the loss of their mom, who truly was the head of the family.

Even though we were only neighbore/friends for a year, you were the best neighbor anyone could ask for. From the very first day we met you made us feel very welcomed. You were very caring and full of life. You were such a firecracker, nothing could stop you from doing anything you wanted to do.  I am so honored to have had you in my life, even for a short time. I’m going to miss our chats, bringing dinners over to you, taking you shopping, and most importantly I’m going to miss you. Love you my dear friend / neighbor.  ✨

Lorraine, was very special to me. I can't begin to express my sense of loss of this wonderful lady. Strong and very caring. She was truly loved and is very much missed.

Lorraine was certainly one of a kind!  We were great friends.  We had a group of five couples who played cards every week, serving food and drinks.  I sang in the choir with her.  When she moved back to Florida I missed her.  She certainly will be missed by many people.

Lorrie and I started out rocky back in 1955, She could have easily been my mother, but I never let her forget that she wasn't.  She was as tough as nails, but with a heart of pure gold. She was my big sister and I loved her dearly and will miss her every day until we meet again.. This world will never be the same without her in it. Rest easy  dear sister, and give Mom, Dad and my Des hugs until I get there .I love you.

A force to be reconed with. She grew up in a time where tough was not an option. She had 5 kids, a hand full by itself. I remember her as a cop in South Florida. She was tall, mean (lol) and did not take crap. Probably lessons learned from being the oldest of 5 herself. I am sure she was moving 100 mph right up to her passing. Nana, you are truly a wonderful wonderful women. It was my great honor to have had you in my life for these past 8 years.  Your personality was so outgoing and direct which I loved about you.  I loved when you came to the house to have lunch, play cards and to just share stories about life.  You never let anything slow you down, traveling where you wanted to go and when  you wanted to go. I was so glad we had the opportunity to spend time with you on Saturday morning, before you gained your wings. You have made my life so much better and I am going to miss you very much.   May all the angels surround you.

I've known Lorraine for approximately 20 years.  She was a dear friend who I will dearly miss.....I hope she's in heaven with Don as well.
