Surrounded by her loving family, Louila “Lou” Levie Watson went to her eternal home in heaven on Sunday, February 12th, 2017. Lou was born on the family farm in Montezuma, GA to John Adair and Velvie Levie on September 22nd, 1923. Following college, she met and married the love of her life and partner through thick and thin, Welcom Henry “Hank” Watson. She worked throughout her young years during WWII and on through the completion of her husband’s law education. The young couple moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL in 1950 and made it their home. Lou and Hank were blessed with four children: Welcom Henry Watson, Jr., deceased; John Adair Watson; Marshall Craig Watson; and Louila Van Horn, deceased. Lou is survived by her husband of 68 years, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her humor, grace, and charm.
