Patrick Osgood Neil Smith, 79 of Sunrise, Florida entered into rest on Sunday, January 17, 2016. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 11:00 am at St Benedict's Episcopal Church 7801 North West 5th Street, Plantation, Florida 33324. Patrick will be truly missed.
