W. Thomas (Tom) Harmon Sr., born January 22, 1933 in St. Paul, MN passed away on April 2, 2025 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Tom’s career as a CPA included Partner at Arthur Andersen in Minneapolis and Partner at Spear, Safer, Harmon & Co. in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserves achieving the rank of Captain. Tom was an avid boater and an enthusiastic hockey fan. Above all, he cherished his family and friends. Survived by his wife of over 37 years, Diane Petrakos Harmon, sons, Warren (Brenda) Harmon, John (Joy Ann) Harmon, grandchildren Kristina, Derek (Brooke), Brett, Barry (Marlena), nieces Samantha and Nicole, nephew Brian (Alina), five great-grandchildren and three great-nephews. Visitation April 14th 4-8 PM at Fred Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ft. Lauderdale. Funeral service April 15th 10:30 AM at All Saints Episcopal Church 333 Tarpon Dr., Ft. Lauderdale with burial following the service at Evergreen Cemetery, Ft. Lauderdale.
