Barbara Joan Michaud

Barbara (Bonnie) Sargent Michaud, 75, of Fort Myers FL passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 21st 2024 after a courageous battle with cancer. Bonnie was born and raised in Lunenburg MA. Bonnie later settling in New Ipswich NH where she lived and raised her family. In 1989 she and her husband, Steven Michaud started a successful business, Monadnock Cooling Systems, Inc. performing the duties of Treasurer until retirement. Bonnie was an avid crocheter and knitter who enjoyed many years of traveling to the Caribbean and later retired with her husband in FL. Bonnie will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Steven W. Michaud, and children; Mark (Jen) Tapply with children Dalton Tapply, Cory Tapply, and Byron Tapply. Melanie (Jon) Wagner, Patrick (Erin) Michaud with children Maisie Michaud, Gabriel Michaud, Kieran Michaud, and Forrest Michaud. Steven (Shannon) Michaud with children Jasmine Williams, Braeden Michaud, and Logan Michaud, and 1 great grandchild Nancy Rose Tapply. Sisters Joanne (Nick) Renda and Peggy Sargent along with many additional in-laws, nieces, and nephews. Bonnie is predeceased by her son Scott Tapply and grandson Grayson Michaud.

The family will be honoring and celebrating Barbara (Bonnie) Michaud's life with a memorial service on November 16, 2024 at 10:00am located at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Jaffrey, NH. The celebration of life for Bonnie will continue with a gathering following the service.
