Candace Ann Santini

Candace Ann Santini was born May 2, 1950 and passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2023. She was born in Ames, Iowa and was raised in Long Beach, California, which was definitely more fitting of her personality.

She was an interior decorator, master of baking chocolate chip cookies and milky way cakes, and an artist who used her talent to promote children’s mental health, which was her passion. Most importantly, she was a loving wife of over 48 years, an amazing mom, grammie & yaya, sister, and friend to many.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Edgar Angle and Jerry Lou Angle, her husband Godfrey Phillip Santini Jr, and her sister, Robyn Lu Pomykala. She is survived by her daughters, Tiffany Drake and Alyssa (Jeremy) Playford; grandchildren Marissa Drake and Ethan & Owen Playford; devoted siblings, Robert Angle Jr and Heidi Angle, and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held from 2-4 pm on Saturday August 12, 2023 at The Forest Country Club at 6100 Club Blvd SW in Fort Myers. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to kidsmindsmatter.com- (239) 214-0921.
