Dorothy Ann Ivory (Dottie, Dolly), Mother, Grandma, and friend to many, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, at the age of 82. She was born on January 4, 1943, in Bogota, Colombia. Dorothy resided in Fort Myers, Florida. She joins her Mother, Constance Issacson, Son, Theadore Miller, and Brother, Craig Meister. She leaves behind a loving family, her Son, Andrew (Debbie) Miller; loving Grandchildren Jeremy Miller and Ryan (McKenzee) Miller. She is also survived by her Sister-In-Law Sue Meister, Nephew Chad Meister, and her life long best friend Kenneth Wayman.
Dorothy retired from IBM in Endicott, NY after many years of service. Known for her avid gardening, carpentry, creating anything you could think of for many of her loved ones, and her love for nature, Dorothy will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life not the sadness of her passing.
Dorothy will rest in a special place that was her "happy place" at a celebration of her life on February 7, 2026 in Fort Myers, FL.
