Elizabeth (Lizzie, Fritzi, Betty) Frances Marshall was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday, April 3th, 2023 in Ft. Myers, Florida at the age of 85.
She was born to parents Charles and Elanore Brown on January 15, 1938. She grew up in Sandy Hook, Kentucky and later moved to Dayton, Ohio where she met her husband, Jerry. Together, they raised four children: Joni, Tina, Dana and Barry.
In 1977, Elizabeth and Jerry moved their family to Sarasota, Florida and later settled in Ft. Myers. Elizabeth and Jerry travelled the world throughout their 57 years together. She loved her adventures abroad but her favorite place to be was home, surrounded by her family. Elizabeth’s greatest gift and joy was being a momma, a grandma and a great-grandmother. She showered her family with the deepest love and devotion.
Elizabeth leaves behind her four children, twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She leaves all she knew a legacy of love that live forever in our hearts.
In lieu of a service, there will be a small family gathering to celebrate her amazing life on Saturday, April 29th. If you would like to pay your respects to Elizabeth, please pause in remembrance of her at 3 pm.
